We are a well-established business in the Hythe area of Colchester looking to expand our team.

This is a very diverse role working centrally across different parts of our business focusing on our holiday’s department and our outsourced contact centre business as well as our charities work and marketing services. You will be creating a platform to make data led decisions to drive business strategy as we ultimately grow our existing book of business.

This role is at the crossroads of MI & BI where the successful applicant will need to be comfortable creating new reports but will also need to maintain and expand long standing datasets within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aligning and streamlining systems and processes - The scope of the MI team recently expanded to cover the entire business, as a result there are multiple systems and processes in place
• Developing an extensive suite of holidays reporting
• Be able to design, create and update operational MI suites
• Drive efficiency through improvement of current working practices
• Staff timesheet processes
• Customer behaviour analytics

Your Skills and Experience:

• Advanced Excel skills - VBA
• Solution focused - An ability to find answers rather than see problems
• Autonomous with ability to manage your own workload to meet tight deadlines
• A simple style - The ability to present complex information so that trends are easily understood by the wider business
• Logic driven decision making processes

• A track record of delivery in a similar role
• Use of Salesforce/Zoho/Power BI/Max Contact/Mitel
• Commercial awareness
