As a recent graduate yourself, having experienced the graduate life and intensive selection process, you’ll be best placed to make key decisions and fair judgements on the suitability of graduate candidates on behalf of our clients.
We are looking for graduates, with outstanding attention to detail and communication skills, to be an integral part of our Resourcing team. You will be providing the highest quality of candidates to our clients.
This role involves conducting competency-based interviews over the telephone with candidates and completing interview notes that should justify the outcome of the interview. The aim is that this should be a positive experience for the candidate regardless of the outcome.
You may also get to screen candidate applications as well as helping out with recruitment administration.

Salary: £6.50 per hour (fixed term contracts may be offered after trial period completed)
The hours for the role can be full time or part time, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm.
