To create a web shop for the public to purchase premium meat products, previously only supplied to restaurants.
After a period of consultation, GFM created a bespoke online shop, which showcased the many products on offer, enabling orders to be placed and a delivery slot to be booked. Full customer support was also offered, which is essential for this type of activity.
Real-time, remote content management allowed DM2U to manage availability of products and short term discounting, to maximise sales. The reporting package enabled full interrogation of customer activity on the website.
Outsourcing this entire activity enabled DM2U to focus on it’s core activity of providing high quality produce.
